Shipping Information
We ship daily from our Chatswood office and carefully check every order once it is received, so your jewellery arrives beautifully packed and ready to enjoy.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Standard delivery within Australia generally takes 2–5 business days, and Express Post is also available if you need your order sooner.
Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free shipping for your first order with us, subsequent orders over $150 will receive free shipping. Otherwise shipping costs will just be passed on.
Dispatched Daily from Chatswood
Our team ships orders daily from our Chatswood office. Once your order is received, it is checked by our team before being packed and dispatched with care.
Australia Post Delivery
We ship all orders with Australia Post. Standard delivery within Australia usually takes between 2 and 5 business days, depending on your location.
If you need your order more quickly, we also offer Express Post at request.
