We’ve built our wholesale program to make it simple for retailers to stock My Jewellery Story with confidence. Below are answers to some of the most common questions about opening an account, ordering, stock availability, lead times, materials, shipping, and custom options.

Who can apply for a wholesale account?

Our wholesale program is available to approved retail businesses looking to stock My Jewellery Story in-store, online, or across multiple locations. If you are interested in becoming a stockist, please contact us directly and we will guide you through the application process.

Is there a minimum opening order?

Yes. Our minimum opening order is $300.

Is there a minimum reorder value?

No. There is no minimum reorder value requirement.

Are the items on your site in stock?

Yes. All items listed on our site are either currently in stock or already in the process of being restocked through production.

What are your lead times?

For standard wholesale orders, all items on our site are either in stock or being made as part of an active restock. For custom items, such as custom colour combinations, lead time is generally 2–3 weeks, provided the required crystals or stones are in stock.

Do you provide recommended retail prices?

Yes. Recommended retail pricing is as listed on our retail website.

Do you offer displays or merchandising support?

Yes. We do offer displays and merchandising support. These are not yet listed on our website, so please reach out to us directly to discuss the available options.

Do you offer private label?

Yes. We do offer private label options. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

Can you develop custom collections?

Yes. We can develop custom collections and exclusive product options. Minimum order quantities will apply, so please reach out to us directly to discuss your project.

What materials are used in your jewellery?

Our jewellery is made using brass as the base material, unless otherwise marked as 925 sterling silver, which applies to selected items. Each piece undergoes triple polishing before being finished in gold, rose gold, or rhodium plating.

Depending on the design, our pieces may feature crystals, freshwater pearls, or semi-precious stones.

Durability Tests

Our exclusive precious metal finishing process has been tested under a range of real-world and accelerated wear conditions, with no visible signs of tarnish observed following the following tests:

  • Seawater: Samples were fully immersed in a 3.5% NaCl artificial seawater solution for 24 hours to simulate marine conditions.
  • Sweat: Jewellery pieces were soaked in ISO 3160-2 artificial sweat (pH 4.7) at 37°C for 24 hours.
  • Alcohol: The plating was exposed to 90% ethanol, representing perfume and sanitiser conditions, via direct misting and then air-dried over 24 hours.
  • Sunscreen: Samples were treated with commonly used lotions including Nivea Q10 and Aveeno.
  • UV & Heat: Jewellery was exposed to UVA light (340 nm) for 8 hours and underwent 5 thermal cycles between 5°C and 50°C.
  • Perfume: Fragrance mist testing was conducted using Chanel and Zara perfumes, sprayed 3 times and left to dry over 24 hours.
  • Abrasion: Following ISO 23160 protocol, samples were subjected to 1,000 linear friction cycles at 5 N using cotton fabric.

What are your payment terms?

All wholesale orders are to be paid before shipping. We do not offer credit accounts at this time.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping for your first order with us, subsequent orders over $150 will receive free shipping. Otherwise shipping costs will just be passed on.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship globally and dispatch orders daily from Chatswood, Sydney.

What happens if an item arrives damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will arrange a full replacement.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We offer a 2 year workmanship warranty. This covers workmanship issues and manufacturing faults that are not related to normal wear and tear. Where covered, we will repair or replace the item.
